Festival 13th-28th June 2009
- Fete: Help needed setting up chairs and tables at 9am on Saturday 13th then clearing up at 5pm.
- Fete: Banner at the end of Bessels Way
- Fete: Help needed setting up parking route (poles and rope) on Fri 12th
- Summer music: Help needed moving pews at 5pm on Tue 16th
First Aid Courses
- Proposal to run 3 first aid courses in Autumn, £18 a head, BVS to cover hall hire
Fireworks Sat 7th Nov
- Fireworks budget to increase
- Possible kids pre-fireworks party
Halloween Dance 31st Oct
- Zombie Prom - Cheerleader, Football Jock, Prom Queen or Walking Undead?
- Band: Too Much Stuff
Possible New Year’s Eve Party
- Theme suggestions welcome
- Possible second outing for village band Dysfunktional
Pavilion and recreation ground
- Thanks to the Parish Council in working for a new sports facility in the village
Cricket Development: Kids Coaching
- BVS to purchase Kwik Cricket set and underwrite set up of coaching sessions from the ring fenced ‘Kids at Play’ funds.
Bulletin 500
- Possible production of jigsaw of 500 picture

- Winter Lectures, profit to chapel to cover hall hire. Thanks to Marianne for her hard work.
- 70’s Night, share of profits to preschool to help cover maintenance issue (and thanks for their hard work)
